CARAMELIZED BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

3 pounds chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 cup honey

1 clove garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken. Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized. (Submitted by Jean)
